This is the same message forwarded to booking agents. I made the booking to the country Inn suites checked in and the room was absolutely disgusting. I have picture proof for the room and my claim I have stayed there multiple times before and other places and booked through [link removed]and never complained. Once today I called and made a formal complaint. I had to leave the room. Also I’m with my daughter and failed to mention it anyways I called customer support and they said that the property refused to put me in another room as well as refund my purchase in result. I do not have money for another room so me and my daughter and my best friend are eight hours away from home and we have nowhere to stay so I had to sleep in my car? This is absolutely ridiculous. I had with the supervisor as well. Roberto M and he was very rude and very unhelpful and he did not care about what we had going on. He said because it was an accommodation situation that they could not relocate me and that was just not the case. The lady said that she did not have any other rooms and that she was not going to help me, the customer service lady not the supervisor said that she understood exactly where I was coming from when she tried to reach out to the property as well. I had photos. I had proof I had the call was recorded with [link removed] I am a long-term customer and I am just not getting the “priority support “that you guys are supposed to be providing. I would really appreciate help because this is a safety situation. They said that they want me to go back to that property in the same room Where I’ve already made a formal complaint with my three year-old room having blood and feces on the walls and then the formal complaint being made against the only worker there. I do not find value and that solution as well as I do not feel safe so please reach back out and help me Relocation

Great employess great property

Very clean and super cute cottage! Location was walkable to downtown where they have shopping, restaurants and bars.

Very nice place easy access just off I10 is located around several great restaurant's. The owners were there bright and early every morning cleaning the grounds up and watering plants and flowers that make the place stand out and there very friendly people. We were here for a jet ski trip for 2 days only think that is lacky is the parking lot very nice but know real place to park a truck and trailer although we managed to make it work. I would stay here again easily A++++++ Free hot breakfast was very good also

The stay was great. I love my room I can walk outside on the balcony and see the beach .. the view was amazing and I like that the restaurants wasn’t far at all and the beach and activities were walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again ..
