Staff were friendly and helpful. There was an issue with us staying in the pool view room one of the nights so they put is in a garden view room but offered a free taxi ride in exchange which was nice. Laundry service, scooter rental and tour bookings all right at the front desk which saved us a lot of time. 5 minute walk from stunning Long beach. Very cute hotel kitty that followed us into our room one night. Nice pool. Breakfast that was included was good as well.

Big and comfortable room with a nice balcony. Great location: 3 minutes from the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful and helped us book tours, transfers and rent-a-car. The breakfast had several options but my favorite were the pancakes.

Peacful is great! My wife and I love this place. This was our 3rd time returning here and every time we have been we have extended our stay. The rooms are always clean, comfortable beds, hot water, A/C, good light with windows, spacious, inviting balcony’s or patios, great location, nice clean pool with outdoor showers, good breakfast, motorbike rentals. Less then 5 minutes walk to the beach. Everything you need is within walking distance. But most of all the awesome staff! We love the staff here at Peaceful they will always go above and beyond to make you time in Ko Lanta great! They are so helpful with everything to motorbike rentals, extending the room, pool towels, cleaning the room, booking tours or transportation. And always up for a good laugh as well! We will return someday again to Peaceful!

We stayed for 12 days. All the staff were very kind and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and meet our needs. The rooms (we stayed in two separate rooms) while a bit dated were very clean and cleaned daily and met our needs. Comfortable bed, good watered pressure, and warm temperature. Great wifi. The pool area was clean with plenty of lounge chairs, breakfast was "okay" but that's due to covid and lack of tourists. Overall, we would definitely plan on staying here when we return to Koh Lanta!

The hotel is a few mn from Long Beach, and also has a great swimming pool. The rooms are large, beds are comfortable, and the air conditioning efficient. The staff is very kind and helpful. Overall, excellent quality/price, especially in comparison to the other hotels and resorts on Long Beach. There are a few good cheap restaurants nearby on the road, and nice bars on the beach were to lie down and escape the midday sun.

Spacious rooms, we got an upgrade overlooking pool. Staff were very helpful and will assist transport, tours. Breakfast was good and made fresh to order. Very close walking distance to beach, great sunsets. Plenty of restaurants along beech or close by. Motorbike hire nearby, worth exploring the island as there are little beaches and cafes with awesome views to find(eg Tuesday Morning cafe)
