We had a truly superb family holiday. The staff were excellent and very patient with our poor Spanish. There was in fact always someone who spoke English and they couldn’t do enough for us. Highlights included kayaking in the fascinating enchanted lagoon and great snorkelling in front of the hotel. The food was excellent too.

The staff at the resort were incredible. They were so friendly and organised several snorkelling trips for us. They were very patient with us considering our lack of being able to speak much Spanish. All day I was aware that the staff were attentive to everyone's needs e.g. Asking if people wanted more refreshments around the pool. The staff also helped us book an alternative ferry at our check out after a mistake I made booking one originally. The food was also really good, there were a range of options and it exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Great location, friendly staff. Good restaurant in the evening and a wonderful pool bar. Dive center - Cartagena divers - on site. You can walk around the island. Some animals around the area - wonderful.

The resort was beautiful and a perfecf getaway from the hectic streets of Cartagena. The resort is fairly small, so it never feels very crowded. The pool was lovely, and the staff are great. Some don’t speak English but we still did our best to communicate! The best part was the bioluminescent tour in the lagoon. You can swim and see the little plankton light up in the water! They provide life jackets and someone is there with you during the tour.

We walked a little bit on the island and we have seen some of the other accomodations around. We didn't regret our choice, and, despise some things we liked less, we think Cocoliso might be a pretty good hotel. Its location is ideal, in a little "corner" of the island, so it is really peaceful. We appreciated the pool, the beds next to the sea and the overall look of the place. It is really well cared for, with a lot of plants, flowers, nice views over the water and a lot of places to relax. We didn't realise how many people were there until the evenings, when people gathered for meals, which is a good thing. You can book snorkeling/diving tours at the property or/and go explore the island. The little village is not far, nor is Playa libre, if you really need sand (otherwise, it's small). Furthermore, the staff is really nice. We probably didn't enjoy all the things the hotel had to offer. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice good room with new tv many channels (mostcan be changed to english), new AC. Nice big pool for adults and kids also shallow little kids pool. Baby pool not working long time ago. Recomend to get out of resort to take a walk to other beaches, and village. Ither beach got nice place to snorkel. If you coming eith kids, recomend to bring long sleeve for pool swiming and hat. Ton s of sun cream spf 50+.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Although we didnt speak Spanish and many of the staff didn't speak English, they always did their best to help us with what we needed. There are amazing diving and snorkeling opportunities nearby and trips are run by Diving Planet, based out of the resort. The pool and beach right at the resort were amazing, just what we needed to relax and be by the water.

The pool is fantastic, bar serves good beers and cocktails, and the diving centre on site was a great bonus. The staff were very friendly.
