The hotel is very comfortable and clean, also very quiet during our time there. Please note that the access to the beach and pool closes before 7pm.

This resort has everything you need to relax. Good breakfast and dinner are included in the room cost. Also, lunch can be purchased separately. The buffet has a huge variety of food. Comfortable and big rooms, big bathroom, balcony. Many swimming pools and a private beach. Mud from the Dead Sea is always available at the beach. Also, showers at the beach. The spa service is super good. Life music and dancing performance in evenings. Jym, souvenir shop. We so much enjoyed our stay here!

Facilities were amazing and it was useful to be able to access the pools etc for the whole day after checkout. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff at check in and breakfast were really friendly and helpful. Dead Sea beach was convenient to access and had excellent facilities (loungers, showers etc). Car parking was secure and easy. Room was clean, large and well-equipped. Communal areas were bright and clean and looked more modern than in some of the photos.

The structure had everything you could possibly desire for a nice break between different destinations in Jordan. We stayed there for 2 days after having seen spots in the north and it was marvellous. Food was very good and we ended up requesting also the lunch on top of the dinner. breakfast was great too. The swimming pool is very nice and well looked after. Drinks (including alcohol served at all times). It's right on the Dead Sea at 2 minutes walking from the shore and you have a private beach with showers. Price was ok for what you get, not too cheap not too expensive.

Breakfast was great (only instant coffee available though - one point off for that!). The range of food available was perfect from hot to cold items, freshly baked croissants that if you blinked, they were gone! The shoreline of the dead sea (private to the hotel guests) was well kept with safe areas marked out where you could float to your heart's content. The Dead Sea Mud that you could splatter all over yourself (and some people did!) was available near the waters edge and the showers to wash off the salty water and any remaining mud were there as well. The swimming pools were very well maintained and were well used by the guests as there's only so much time you can spend in the sea :-). The rooms were perfect (we were upgraded for free!) - nice, spacious, airconditioned and clean. Beds were ultra comfortable and clean.

Pool area is great for kids, the pub has cool atmosphere during happy hours when it gets busy. Pub has billiard/snooker and table football to use for free!

Our expectations were completely fulfilled. The breakfast offered good food, the staff were excellent, the rooms were very comfortable and beautifully appointed, there's a fantastic shopping center nearby, and having our own Dead Sea beach along with a refreshing pool with a water slide was a definite highlight. The entire family had a wonderful time!
