Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007. As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties and who is going to rent these properties, we saw a huge gap in the rental market as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of, if not, the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our company's feet firmly on the ground. So this is one of the many reasons for our company's success. 35% of our new business comes from repeat clients and recommendations which is a great indication that we are getting it right. No company however can be perfect, so we are always striving to make things better for our property owners and our clients

Property information

This beautifully kept 2 bedroom apartment is located in the Pernera area of Protaras and is within a 7 minute walk to all the beaches, amenities and resort centre. It is just a short stroll by the sea along the boardwalk to Protaras strip. Modern and spacious the apartment is furnished to a high standard and fully equipped with everything required for a comfortable stay. It features and open plan living room, dining and kitchen area as well as a large balcony with seating area. There are two large bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and en suite shower room and the other with two single beds. There is also a family bathroom with a bathtub, overhead shower and WC. Free WiFi and Satellite TV are available and the apartment has air conditioning through. Outside, our guests are able to make full use of the communal pool and sun loungers. A luxury 2 bedroom apartment in an ideal central location perfect for a relaxing break.

Neighbourhood information

Pernera is a charming resort area which has grown in popularity over the past 10 years due to the development of a number of holiday villas and apartments. The resort is lively during the summer months and hosts a varied selection of restaurants, bars and shops, suitable for couples and families of all ages. A newly built seafront promenade connects Pernera to the neighbouring resort of Protaras and is an excellent way to view the rugged coastline and visit the numerous sandy beaches that both resorts offer. The promenade is lit up during the evenings and features a number of eateries and bars that can be enjoyed from morning until late evening. Daily boat trips are available at different points along the Pernera and Protaras coastline, which give a great view of the fabulous coastline and a pass from the outskirts of the abandoned ghost town of Famagusta, which is located to the north of the area. Popular beaches in Pernera include Kalamies Beach, Pernera Beach and Marlita Beach, all of which are ideal for swimming and offer a selection of fun watersports.
