Great room with a beautiful view. Good location with a short drive to Terni and Marmore Falls. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed to eat gluten free and they were very attentive and had more options available to me than I expected. My wife enjoyed the use of the spa.

This is an entire spacious apartment with a kitchen equipped well enough to live in permanently and cook up a storm. Updated bathroom. Comfortable bed. Out in the country with a beautiful view. You can’t find nicer hosts anywhere. She even did our laundry!!!

We also drive to rome for the day as well as a local wine tasting tour, for which the hotel helped us organise child care, which was very convenient. The swimming pool area is spectacular and impeccably maintained. The hotel is very luxurious but we were made to feel welcome even with young children. We booked the junior suite which had joining rooms and it was very large and spacious.

The house had everything we needed and the wifi was fast enough so we were able to work. The garden is beautiful and the pool very refreshing on hot days. We had no car but were still able to move around the area: you can walk to San Gemini or take the bus there or to Terni. Francesco was very helpful and picked us up from Terni train station and took us back there after check-out. Thank you!

The hotel itself is a fascinating building, with a lot of history and art. The swimming pool is very clean and there is a pool service too (lunch is great!). Big plus is that the hotel is wheelchair accessible and that the staff is very helpful in thinking along in that respect as well. The rooms are large, very clean and fully equipped.CaroJWNetherlands

Best of all - the hotel has a wonderful private park with a very sleek, modern pool. It was icy but perfect for a hot afternoon. I had it all to myself and felt like a contessa!
