The friendliness of people in the various shops was very refreshing. There's so many different things to do in just downtown Gatlinburg, not including the park. Log Cabin Pancakes had an amazing breakfast!

Gatlinburg is pretty and it's like any other tourist area.
Gatlinburg is pretty and it's like any other tourist area. We would never go during the height of summer tourism. Ever. There's too much going on and traffic would be horrible on the main drag through town. Going during off-season is wonderful though! So much fun stuff to do! Great for families with kids of all ages because there are things to do for everyone. And, it's a great place for families to reconnect!

Being in Gatlinberg I was in a charming downtown with cute shops but was also 15-20 min to awesome hiking trails. Then in the opposite direction to the north I was 15-20 min from Pigeon Forge with museums, dinner shows and Amusement parks. A good variety of things to do! And very family friendly. Gatlinberg is a fantastic central location.

We love staying in Gatlinburg within walking distance to the main attractions. Gatlinburg has a lot to offer for couples or families. Shoppers, goodies or outdoorsy people can find plenty to do. It is crowded and can be hard to navigate during peak season and weekends and holidays.

Lots of activities to choose from.
Lots of activities to choose from. Excellent selection of restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend going to the top of mountain for breathtaking views-it was 60 degrees in town and tons of snow still on the mountain in February. Tons of walkways and hiking trails. Extensive streams with lovely trees and rocks-ideal for nature lovers. Friendly people and welcoming staff wherever we went.
Lovely place, we booked a standard room but we were upgraded to a larger suite with a gas fireplace and it was absolutely fantastic. I cannot overstate how nice it is to have a fireplace in your hotel room!
Other than that the room was generally comfy, clean, and spacious.
The free breakfast buffet was nice, obviously don't expect five star cuisine but as far as free food goes it was quite tasty.
Ample onsite parking, and you're about a 10 or 15 minute walk from the very centre of Gatlinburg.
No refrigerator or microwave in the room. I had no idea when I booked it, because that’s just not something I thought you would have to do. Very inconvenient for a week’s stay. Also, very loud hotel. Not outside noise, the other guests. You can hear the other room’s TV’s playing, doors slamming, people walking above you, if you need quiet, this is not the place. Just not what I expected.
The hotel has the best location because it is right downtown Gatlinburg. We were fortunate to have a room with a great view of the river seen from our balcony. This was an added bonus. The hotel had fantastic staff and a great morning breakfast too. Having a family of four it was perfect for price and location and quality! Thanks again.
The location was awesome. It was only one block from downtown Gatlinburg. Right in the middle of everything (attractions and restaurants). Very near trolley route. The managers were very helpful and friendly. The room was the cleanest I have ever stayed in and it had no musty odor like most hotel rooms have. I have no complaints
I loved that the property was quiet and peaceful. The hotel is a short walk up the hill from downtown Gatlinburg. It is close, but far enough away to feel relaxing and spacious. The stream outside our balcony was just beautiful. Everything in the room was spotless. The room even SMELLED clean. We would definitely stay here again.
The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and attentive. It's a new hotel so they were trying to get their breakfast going but it wasn't open yet, not a deal breaker. It was a little further away from the strip than I realized but for what I saved in hotel fees I was happy to pay for in parking closer to the main attractions.
Property was nice and clean. Staff friendly. Creek right in front of property. with a nice place to sit and relax by creek. And fairly priced for the location. Right in downtown Gatlinburg. Will stay there again. Shout out to ho Jo. For keeping the price down so average folks can come stay at a quality hotel. Thanks ho Jo.
Too clean accommodation, located on a mountain peak close to downtown Gatlinburg, and parking plenty of three. All the dining equipment is in place, and bedding and towels seem to be five-star. It was a satisfactory trip for both children and adults, and above all, I like the kind care of the owner of the cabin.
I love the location and the views and sounds of the water. Has a very nice indoor pool. Rooms were clean very comfortable bed. I prefer going to hotels that are not a national chain. Close enough to downtown Gatlinburg that you can walk and save money for parking!
We really appreciated the contactless check-in and how easily accessible the rooms were. the hotel is a good distance from downtown Gatlinburg as well as the trolley stop if you don’t want to pay for parking.
Location was perfect. From the hotel you can walk everywhere without having to take the car and look for parking which during the day most are all full. We had the best view of the river as well.
The hotel was very clean and very centrally located so that we were within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great!!
The property is amazing as always and the staff is always great. It is a good price for a hotel and near enough to downtown Gatlinburg that we can walk to it.
