This property is 1 minute walk from the world famous beach. Directly overlooking Beau Vallon Beach, Panorama Guest house & Apartments offers NEW self-catering apartments, as well as traditional guest rooms with beach views. New apartment includes open-plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, dining and lounge with TV. Modern, minimalist décor fully air-conditioned and fans, with balcony or terrace. There are 2 bathrooms with shower. Traditional guest rooms are located on the ground floor with beach views and direct access to the garden. Each room has a fan and aircon, safe and bathroom with shower. At the original rock Creole House, there is a terrace with outdoor seating as well as free private parking. There are sun loungers in the garden with a snorkeling site 164 ft to the right and a bus stop next door. There is a diving center on the beach, as well as restaurants and bars. Victoria, with its History Museum, Market and Inter Island ferry is just a 10-minute drive away.

Closer to community, we are a Seychellois family who pride ourselves in local knowledge, good order and value privacy. You have a reliable host here, with recommendations for the best experiences. One of the first Guesthouses in Seychelles, we share decades of Seychelles' history in hospitality. Our 3 small dogs on the property form part of this. Slightly elevated from the beach front, the property enjoys the privacy that this provides, yet with direct access to the beach and surrounding area. Beau Vallon can get a little louder during the weekends, but never crowded.
