The Orange Fox is a beautifully renovated classic double-bick cottage with a spacious extension. Centrally located in one of Orange’s quintessential tree-lined streets, it is your home away from home, offering luxury and style. Hardwood floors, 9-foot ceilings, high-end furnishings, and a cute, well-established garden and entertaining area make this the perfect space for couples, friends, and families. The home is perfect for relaxing and entertaining in the comfort of your own home or for visiting the excellent local cafes and restaurants, many a short 5-minute walk away. Supplied for your comfort and enjoyment are large comfortable couches, perfect for snuggling up as you catch up on a movie or sports game on the 60” television, complete with a sound bar; the dining table is large enough for everyone to enjoy a home-cooked dinner or you can savour your wine on the comfortable outdoor lounge enjoying a meal cooked on the 4 burner BBQ - in the warmer Summer months ;) Each of the three queen bedrooms has 5* Ecosa mattresses, sateen 1000 thread-count sheets, Sheridan luxury bath sheets, and electric blankets. The two front bedrooms open to the charming porch, perfect for enjoying your Nespresso coffee in the morning sun. Note: The standard rate allows for a maximum of four (4) guests in two (2) bedrooms. If you require the third bedroom access (i.e. your booking is for one couple and two singles, or three singles), please add one extra person (i.e. a 5th guest), and the third room will be available. Book as per normal for bookings of five (5) or six (6) guests. In summary: The third bedroom will only be available if a 5th (and/or 6th) 'guest/s' are booked at the time of request. This helps to cover the extra cost of cleaning and bed linen. Please note the shower is over the bath and will require guests to step into the bath.

We are proud to share our gorgeous cottage, The Orange Fox, with you. We fell in love with Orange when we first visited in 2016, and within two years, we had packed up and relocated here permanently. We loved the fresh air, the gorgeous countryside and the friendly country culture, not to mention the foodie and wine haven it is! I run my own human resources consultancy business, while Roger works as a home energy efficiency consultant. We both love exercising, watching movies, cooking, and, above all, eating great food and wine and enjoying good company.

The cottage is conveniently located in a prime position in Orange perfectly positioned for access to Orange city centre and the surrounding areas. Some of our favourite spots, all within a 5-7 minute walk, are: Byng Street Cafe, The Union Bank, The Greenhouse, Hawkes General Store, Birdies Noshery, Ferment Wine Centre, Anything Grows Cafe, The Peacock Room @ The Oriana and Cook Park.
